netheid in de kamer was niet zoals hoort - vuil onder bed en op plank in kast waar waterkoker stond veel last van lawaai van de straat, ambulances, containers die gelost werden....

Goed gelegen hotel met alle ingrediënten voor een leuk verblijf. Leuke kamer en openbare ruimten maar het personeel is een ramp. Een vieze kamer, gerotzooi met credit card zijn zo een paar voorbeelden, soms excuses soms niet eens, maar wat moet je hier mee? Slecht management!

Fantastisch Hotel, en bijna alles uitstekend, alleen de ontvangst bij de receptie van mevrouw YK was uitermate slecht en dit Hotel onwaardig. Niet alleen onze mening maar ook die van 2 vrienden waar we mee reisden, die ook abnormaal werden behandelt. Helaas ! Kamers zijn perfect, heel schoon, fijne bedden en beddegoed en ook rustig. Personeel uitermate vriendelijk behalve dus bovengenoemde :( Locatie is prima.

Fantastisch hotel, niets op aan te merken
Design inrichting; uitstekend gedaan. Zeer ruime kamers; elke kamer anders ingericht. Eindelijk een hotel airconditioning die werkt ook bij zeer hoge buitentemperaturen. Rustige ligging, maar zeer dichtbij openbaar vervoer en de Kurfuerstendam en diverse leuke restaurants omgeving Savigny Platz.

This is a wonderful property with nice personal touches, whether it’s a welcome note with some chocolates, staff who acknowledges you by name when you come to breakfast, a terrific breakfast bar, great drinks and snacks in the bar, but also super comfortable rooms with all the amenities. In addition, the hotel is very quiet but only minutes away from 2 S-Bahn stops. This will become our go-to hotel in Berlin!
