Ondanks dat ik al om 11:30 uur mijn kaner in kon, ging het inchecken een beetje moeizaam. Maar desalniettemin heb ik een prima verblijf gehad.

Zeer gedateerd! Echt geen 5 sterren. Kamers zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Douches worden niet warm.

Hotel Bristol Berlijn heeft de beste ligging en het leukste restaurant maar de kamers kunnen verschrikkelijk zijn als je 5 sterren verwacht zoals dit hotel wordt genoemd. De kamers zijn niet gerenoveerd behalve de executive rooms! Hierdoor een schril contrast met lobby etc. Geen wateekoker en een all in one zeep in grote knijpfles. Wat wil je ook voor de lage prijzen maar je raakt soms verblind door de 5 sterrengedachte. Laat je dit weg dan een top hotel!

Uitstekend!
Een uitstekend hotel op een perfecte locatie. Midden op de Kurfürstendamm. Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ontbijten in het Bristol hotel is een feestje. En dat allemaal tegen een zeer goede prijs. Mocht ik weer in Berlijn zijn, dan ga ik wederom dit hotel boeken.

Zeer goed ontbijt alleen jammer dat men hiervoor tafels reserveert voor enkele gasten Prima ligging aan de winkelstraat. Kamers zijn netjes, hier en daar een beetje gedateerd. Helaas hebben wij de ervaring gehad dat de geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar was.

Dissapointed, check in was very slow and unprofessional. Front desk never greeted when we walked in, even at 12.30 at night. There was a porter but didn't even offer to help with our heavy bags. No asking if we needed advice , or info about the hotel. Room very old, outdated and smelly. Not worth the money we paid. The water came out of the sewer when we showered!! Only pleasant things were Nice beds, silence (noise cancelling windows) and the cleanliness and friendly housekeepers the only friendly staff in the hotel. Our room was very neatly made every day. What ruined our stay was the pool visit on sunday. Very rude and unfriendly pool attendant. We were treated very unprofessional, at one point the attendant even asked me if i showered before usage, even though he saw me get in!! We stayed 10 minutes but were given no privacy only glances and rude looks from said attendant. Check out did not even ask if we liked our stay but just cared if we paid and used the mini bar. The hotel is one to avoid when you care for friendly service, personal care and not feeling like hotel guest #82837378338. The hotel is for people who like a good bed and clean room but there are thousands of hotels in Berlin who offer this without being so costly. Never returning again.

Mein Lieblingshotel in Berlin . Ich komme seit Jahren jedes Jahr hierher. Leider ist es im Umbruch . Gerade zur Weihnachtszeit war das " Reinhard's" so wunderschön beleuchtet . Das Restaurant gibt es nicht mehr . Wir haben SO oft dort lecker Kuchen gegessen und draußen am Kempinski- Eck gesessen . Geschichte , so wie es aussieht - sehr schade. Das komplette Hotel scheint bei laufendem Betrieb umgebaut zu werden . Bye bye " Kempi"😪

Very good located. But unfortunately the restaurant was closed which made us very disappointed. We had to deposit 150Euros , if we should use room service! A lot of money! The hotel seemed a bit shabby, not at it used to be. We have stayed there nine times before but we think this was the last time. Our junior suite had an old fashioned TV and the furniture had to be changed. We felt that the hotel not was what it used to be!

Kempinski nedgradert til Bristol
Hotell var opprinnelig Kempinski Berlin, men nå heter Bristol Berlin og er under oppussing. Berømte Reinhardt Restaurant på Ku-damm er borte og fine dinibg på hotell er bort. Check-in var litt rotete, men check-out var bra. Revolving dør funkert ikke og vanlig dører var tungt å åpne. Dørmann var nesten aldri til stede. Fin basseng og bastue, og bra bar!!

Fornuftigt hele vejen rundt, men mangler finish.
Hotellet er vi kommet på, gennem 20 år og haft 100+ overnatninger der - desværre er niveauet ikke blevet bedre. Placeringen er i særklasse, men hotellet bære præg af at det er en smule træt og trænger til en renovering. Det er desværre ikke hvad det har været, og derfor finder vi nok nyt hotel i byen fremover.

Bit shocked at the spa being a no clothes policy We there with my wife and everyone as there bits out I don’t think there’s any need for that and on my way back to my room I was told off for wearing no slippers . So it’s ok to flash your privates in the spa but not bare foot in the lobby

Et fint hotell med bare hyggelige ansatte. Masse shopping muligheter. Noe dyrt for frokost. Og hadde vi ikke blitt vekket av borrelyd kl 0800 hver dag hadde det vært helt perfekt.
