Erg centraal gelegen met een rechtstreekse verbinding per trein naar het vliegveld. Erg net hotel, met een erg goed. Ook het personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader!

The Level was perfect tov andere hotels met clublevel. Melia biedt alcoholische dranken aan gedurende openingstijden van clublevel. Top! Ontbijt en avondeten in the Level ook lekker. Badkamer echter te klein en verouderd. Met name badkuip en in-/uitstap niet prettig. Veel te smal Ligging aan Friedrichsstrasse in Berlin Mitte helemaal goed!

Der Zustand unserer Suite etwas altmodisch. Ein Riss auf dem Sofa ist uns sofort aufgefallen. Ansonsten etwas lange Wartezeit auch beim Priority Check-In für Melia White Status etc. Mitarbeiter ansonsten freundlich. Das Obst beim Frühstück bzw. das Gemüse war schon trocken (die Gurke). Naja da könnte man noch eine Schippe drauflegen.

Really nice hotel in an ideal location for walking to many landmarks. Handy for public transport too. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Everywhere is clean and well presented. Had a lovely stay. The location is great for exploring the main sites of Berlin. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The only negatives we had was that our king size bed was 2 single beds put together with one really firm mattress and one really soft one, neither of which were very comfortable. The room was also really warm but slept fine with the window open.
