We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level, with new large flat screen TV's, stainless appliances, and everything you'll need for your stay. We have a large driveway and a screened patio. Ocean Pines boasts over a dozen parks and walking trails, a public Yacht Club, 5 pools, 2 marinas, and a championship golf course - 10-15 minutes to the beach!

This rental was as listed and shown in pictures! It was very comfortable and especially loved the screened in porch. Only a few minor things that were relayed to the owner. The road in front of house had a lot of traffic so we didn’t feel safe to walk dogs thus 4 stars. Owner was very responsive! I wished there were cable channels. Restaurants and grocery stores very close to home. We had a nice time.

The house has everything you would need. We always stay in Ocean Pines and we would definitely stay at this house again. There are TVs in the bedrooms, lots of hot water, plenty of dishes, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, etc..

Perfect Fall Weekend

We had the most relaxing stay! The house is decorated beautifully, and the attention to every little detail is complete perfection. There was a little note left by the owners upon arrival that made us feel welcomed and at home immediately. Home Away from Home

Billy is a terrific host, and this house is a terrific place to stay in Berlin/Ocean Pines. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival….the pics looked great on-line, but sometimes those on-line pics can be deceiving. Just the opposite turned out to be true for this lovely house which was beautifully decorated, extremely well-appointed, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and, another plus was that everything was on one floor! We wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Ocean City while still being close enough to our selected OC venues. The house is conveniently located within easy access to OC, golf courses, and Assateaque Island State Park. We highly recommend this house!
