The apartments were clean and more spacious than we thought. The location was perfect to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the apartment was the heat. It was very hot without air con. Luckily the windows could be opened fully

Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man erwarten könnte. Das WC verfügt nur über eine Schiebetür. Das gefällt vielleicht nicht Jedem.

Lieber unter freiem Himmel!
In der App Hotels.com werden Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption angegeben - das Hotel hat allerdings keine Rezeption! Es gibt nur einen Online-Check-In. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, allerdings extrem schmutzig! In einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde nichts gereinigt oder Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Duschbrause war defekt, die Wasserhähne beschädigt, die Sitze der Hocker wackelten, der Toilettendeckel stand neben dem Klo, die Matratze ist durchgelegen und die Kissen mehr als unbequem... Wir sind echt viel gewöhnt und können auch recht bescheiden leben, aber dieses Hotel ist einfach nur widerlich. Never again! Ach so, hab ich die Straßenbahn erwähnt, die alle 3 Minuten vorbeifährt und einem mit ihren kreischenden Gleisen in die Träume begleitet?!

The apartments are located around the centre of Berlin and the code-accessed doors are amazing. Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff end. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a strong smell of mold. It was coming from the bathroom but it filled the whole room and did not leave until the end of our trip. Both sinks’ tips were encrusted. We had to share only one duvet because there were no extra duvets or pillows..In the other hand, the view is beautiful and gives atmospheric vibes. Everything nearby is reachable by foot, like grocery stores and shopping centers - as well as historical sites.

Convenient modern apartments in central Berlin
These apartments were in a great location near Alexanderplatz. We were on the 5th floor with our window and balcony facing towards the courtyard which was perfect, no noise. Room was well heated, clean, bright, modern. Had everything you would need. Maybe an extra towel would have been nice but was fine. Bath was nice and big, good water pressure, warm water. Cant say anything bad.

Despite reporting there was no soap in the dispenser, also the bathroom door was jammed.There was roaring very high decibel noise of trams whole night which led to disturbed sleep.

The location is great. However the tram pass in the street near to the apartments. I was located on the 1st floor and could not sleep the 4 nights I was there due to noise and trepidancy every time a tram passes (3 in 3 minutes). That is the only thing I have to appoint.

Apartment und Lage sind Top! Reinigungspersonal höchst unprofessional und unfreundlich. Ohne zu klopfen wird 9:30 das Zimmer geöffnet und es wird auf interessante Art und Weise mitgeteilt das man raus soll. Nachdem ich die Dame darauf hingewiesen habe, dass 10:00 check out gebucht ist verschwand sie ohne ein Wort. Habe aber schon mehrfach in diesem Apartment gebucht und muss sagen das alles ansonsten top ist.

The location is great, close to public transportation. Which also meant the tram line goes around the property, which can be rather loud. The apartment is as shown on pics. I was rather concerned with the negative reviews but experienced none of the general complaints myself. I also requested for an extension at midnight on NYE and received prompt response and instructions to proceed with extending my stay!

Good position/Possiblity of cooking and washing clothes in the property. I didnt like the following facts: By arrival was no toillette paper there. We had to ask for some or propably we had been expected to go out and buy some. First bed sheet had a cigarette hole. Room wasnt cleaned properly. The kitchen was never cleaned. Wall behing the cooking area very dirty propably was never cleaned ( photo available) Cleaning staff was coming only once a week to clean the room and we had the same bed sheet for 14 days and allthough according the information sheet in the room they were supposed to come a second time in the week to clean they didnt. I was told that the information sheet was old and neednt to be replaced. Then why was in the room anyway? Room was very noisy and warm. I told the reception and they said house was full and we had to stay there till the end. But in the elevator was an adverisment for a discount on the room prices. Propably not well occuppied thats why the offer? The male receptionist was rude , not willing to help the situation with the noise at all. House keeper was also unfriendly. House works regurarly with clients based on month basis who propably work near the area. Management has to consider that guests booking for 16 days or less can not be treated as those who are staying longer but as those we want to spend a little time as locals but do not want to buy brooms and mops to keep room properly cleaned.

It was the worst place i have ever stayed. Room was not cleaned when we checked in - had to wait 4 hours before it was cleaned and there was a lot of noice from traffic and just bad beds to sleep in. No bathtup as picture showed at Hotel.com. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

There is no air conditioning or amenities at this place. Asked for fans prior to my arrival and got nothing! The apartment was loud and very hot! When reaching out to staff, they said the fan maybe provided tomorrow. Ended up throwing away my booking and had to find another place to stay during the heatwave.

Comfortable, in a great location, and good facilities. The only drawback is that the rooms facing the courtyard are a little noisy because the courtyard acts like an echo chamber.
