'We have stayed at this particular Rosewood many times in the past with fairly good success until this past visit. Staffing shortages created massive service and quality issues that one would never expect at this price point of a hotel-especially a Rosewood. The room itself was not tended to regularly- at one point my room was not cleaned over by about 3 PM. Simple requests like ice because there’s no machine nearby would take a long time.
