'Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay.'

'It was so noisy during night, the rooms can hear slamming the lift door. Breakfast was not worth for what you pay at all. they did not have dental and shaving kit'

'We have never seen such a charismatic chalet that was that well equipped and was incredibly clean. The structure of the chalet is a bit surprising (you have to go outside to access the bedrooms), but it ended up working for us and we had the best few days there. You can tell that the hosts put a lot of care and attention in upkeeping this chalet and try to make it as convenient as possible for all guests. Love love love it!'

'Prima hotel voor goede prijs op mooie plek. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles wordt geregeld. Shuttle van hotel zorgt voor ophalen en brengen naar trein of skiliften. Ontbijt goed en uitgebreid, heerlijk vers brood. Leuke lounge met self service bar.'

'Mooi hotel met uitzicht over de Brienzersee en op de waterval. Uitstekend ontbijt en goede bedden. Het hotel verdient wel wat onderhoud en gezien de prijs meer luxe/comfort in de kamer.'
