'Access to the spa for our stay was really nice. I wish the hot tub was actually hot though. The mattress in our room was hard as a rock, so we'd wake up sore every morning. The shower in our room was also kind of gross, with some unidentifiable black sludge in the seams. The view from our room was brilliant though!'
'This was our third stay at Hotel Firefly in Zermatt, and once again, we had an amazing experience.
We stayed as a family of five, including our 6-year-old, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.
