'Tremendous staff'

'The Princeton Hyatt Regency is the ideal of hotels. It is well maintained, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and room layouts, and they have been very thoughtful of ways to improve the guest experience. There is a beautiful bar and restaurant area. The location is a bit secluded and one can take a lovely walk in the courtyard between the hotel and the other buildings in the complex). The indoor koi pond is also lovely. 10/10, no notes.'

'The location was good; however, the hotel rooms are very old, and it shows it, a constant noise was coming through the bathroom wall. The AC filters were dirty, smell of dust coming out of the AC.'

'Location needs work and updating. The amount of people outside talking and making noise all night is crazy. This is not the place to grab a room for the night and expect to have a peaceful evening sleeping. Noise, Cars, Yelling never stops. The condition of the room leads me to believe the stays here are more for temporary housing and less of a hotel chain. Expedia needs to review this location on the site and correctly identify it to the parties using the website to make reservations.'

'Much more expensive than other Hampton Inn hotels where I have stayed. This is not a clean and well maintained property. Dark Hallway, smells bad, its carpets soiled and old, Pieces of equipment, chairs, parts, air conditioners, hidden behind a curtain at end of hallway. Poor breakfast, not even bananas! Staff was ok.'

We got checked in early & Michelle made it seem like it was a favor she did for us even though the hotel was only at 25% if that. My kids went to ask about the pool & was told there was never a pool here. I was here April 2024 & was clean & had pool & microwave in room. 'For the price of the stay at +200. It was poorly maintained. More like a Motel 6. Very disappointing. Not what I expected. The staff was friendly.'

'Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable.'
