'Truly one of the best places we've ever stayed. The cottage is extremely cozy and Kate thought of everything to make it so you don't want or have to leave. Pennan is the place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet. Simply a wonderful experience all around.'

'Expedia didn’t send us instructions on how to check I. But we contacted the owner and he was great. The apartment was beautiful and had free laundry. Not much around the apartment to do but there was enough for what we needed not to far away. '

'Had an amazing stay what a fantastic place cottage so clean and comfortable and everything you needed it was so nice to just sit either in the house or out on the bench and just watch the abundance of sea birds its so peaceful and relaxing there which is what we needed after the year we have had few stresses over the pet sitter but didnt stop us enjoying it and the weather was lovely and sunny and dry it was a nice touch to have the acrylic pens to be able to decorate a stone and leave it in the...

'We had such a lovely welcome from Ramsay at Garden Cottage. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a larged walled garden looking over to the Aberdeenshire hills. Inside, the cottage is comfortable and well equipped. The living area is spacious and has full length windows and a window seat looking onto the garden. There are plenty of places of interest to visit close by and a bit further afield. We would love to come back to stay here and explore more.'

'What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!'

'A fantastic find. The cottage had everything you could wish for including a huge secure walled garden for our Setter lad. The cottage is one of two so normally we would have shared the garden but this time we had it to ourselves, something to consider if your pet prefers their own space. Two cafes very close by, a short walk to the village harbour and places to eat. Would thoroughly recommend and we will certainly return. '
