' the room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the manager kindly dropped me off at the airport. I am pleased to recommend the Bentark hotel.'

'Advise to book a room at back of hotel (street and garden with restaurant and music at the front ) Deluxe Room was OK (# 209) except the view but we preferred that to the noise . Lot of noise from corridor . Internet was working only in the lobby (Some electricity shut-downs of few min per day)'

Once arrived none of the requests had been planned and we ended up with single beds. Immidiatly next to the room cargo was handled and the noise and vibrations made sleeping impossible. Beds were trembling... Staff was really not caring, manager ot available while the replies clearly indicated that staff is aware of the noise problems in several parts of the hotel,...
