'The room is spacious, comfortable and well designed. The space and furnishings look brand new. The bathroom is quite large. Towels, drink wares, dishes were more than sufficient. Hotel staff are great on responding emails and phone.
Our room faces the main street and the street lights can be glaring. The window curtains are sheer but the thick curtains that divide the beds shut out light completely. The street becomes very quiet after 6pm and can feel desolate. There are shops, restaurants and...

'They listed the room as a 3 bed room, but it was 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Also, the power sockets by the bedside did not work. Otherwise, was a nice and clean hotel in the heart of the action right next door to the Chateau Frontenac. Would recommend.'

'The property is great for a short stay. Nice and comfortable. Positioned nicely in the city where you can access both the upper and lower parts of the city. You have easy access to many shops and restaurants/cafés. There is even a currency exchange office on the sane block.
The only reason I couldn't give it an excellent score all around, is the noise we encountered. The loft door isn't sound proof so you clearly hear the other guests coming up the stairs as well as in and out of the property...
