'We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! '

'This is exactly what we were looking for! We needed a quick, quiet weekend getaway and the tiny cabin was perfect. Well stocked, pretty private, and the fire pit was great. No TV. No WIFI. No chaos of the world.....a quiet place to just hang out and unplug. The cabins are small, but everything you need is there. Check in was easy. Quick drive to a grocery store and great state parks for hiking. Not much else around there and that was perfect for us!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous cabin. We lucked out with beautiful weather, the lake was quiet, and we had fun taking the pontoon out for a spin. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'The cabin was terrific for our multi-generational getaway. We loved the thoughtful design touches, the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the large bunk room in the lower floor. Having a private dock with our own pontoon boat was a big plus!'

'Wonderful cabin and location! Dave was a fantastic host. Loved having the pontoon boat available. Boat instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Caught bass, perch, bluegill and crappie. Weather was cooler than expected, so fire pit was enjoyed! Check out the Block North Brewery and Restaurant. We considered it a bonus find on our trip. Awesome food, beer and extensive menu. A must do in Aitkin! Highly recommend Sullivan Lake Chalet!'

'The home was exactly as advertised and then some. A beautiful spot on a quiet bay on Rush lake. The setting and amenities couldn't have been better. We enjoyed fishing of the dock, boating (we rented a pontoon), afternoon/evening fires, games on the screened in porch, relaxing in both of the huge living areas, and making meals on the large kitchen with ample appliances and utensils. The view in the morning and evening was spectacular. Would definitely recommend and would enjoy this again...

'This property went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Our family spent a long weekend here and celebrated our wedding on the most beautiful Saturday afternoon. Surrounded by our closest family and friends, we had a lakeside ceremony, dinner on the patio, and dancing in the dogtrot. The evening was capped by a warm fire in the dogtrot and a rainbow over the house – it felt like something out of a dream!Our families and friends couldn’t stop raving about the home – inside and out,...

'We organized this trip to meet up with friends that we don’t get to see on a regular basis. This home and property was the ideal destination for our trip! Plenty of bedrooms, a dining table that fit all 18 of us, plus more board games than we knew what to do with. Within hours of arriving, most, if not all of our friends were already hoping to book this location for our next reunion. 'We stayed at this location for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and honestly this was the best we have been to.The property itself is beautiful…extremely high quality inside & outside, and every little detail was thought through. The night lights on the stairs were such a nice touch, there was even a clock projected on the ceiling. Tons of games to keep us busy too…croquet, pool table, bean bag toss, darts. Kayaks were ready to go along with lots of life jackets which made it super easy to enjoy...
