'I discovered this hotel by accident. It was not so closely to the government buildings I had to visit, but the raving reviews made me curious. I was not disappointed and the positive reviews are accurate. The airport transfer is for free and the service is timely and service oriented. My suitcase didn't arrive late in the evening but they still waited for me, and helped me the next morning to retrieve my suitcase. The room is spacious and super clean. 'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.'
