'The hotel is in the centre of Astana, but the location is not exactly the same as shown on the map. The room was small, which matched the price paid. The room was full of notifications with fees for damaging hotel property. The staff was not always available, and I had to wait for the breakfast which was just two fried eggs.'

'L'hôtel est propre , le personnel respecte les panneaux "ne pas déranger"/ "svp faites le ménage" , j'ai donc prolongé mon séjour au seins de cet établissement étant agréablement surpris du confort au vu du prix très bas a Astana . Un petit frigo est a disposition, une bouilloire deux thés, brosses à dents et dentifrice , des chaussons jetables, le tout renouvelé quotidiennement.'

'Het hotel is dicht bij centrum van Astana ( van Bayterek ) dus de locatie is heel goed. Dicht bij het Astana International Airport. Ze kunnen voor jou een vervoer regelen. Ze spreken helaas geen Engels maar met een electronische translator gaat het wel. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) '
