'We recently had a weekend getaway to this location. The property manager was very precise with our expectations and everything was as Advertised. The rustic feel was amazing. We spent much of our time in the hot tub, as it was winter with snow on the ground. We were just about 30 minutes away from Priarie Du Chein and Harper's Ferry and went to the winery. 'We were in town for a family gathering and while we didn’t spend much time there, it was a beautiful setting to come home to at night. Appreciated that we could have our dog along with us. The hostess was very prompt with responses. While we didn’t cook while we were there, the kitchen seemed well appointed. '

'This is my second time staying here. I was able to take advantage of the location and walk to Oneota co-op and Mabe's, and would have been able to walk just about anywhere. Lots of time spent outdoors, and the sofa and beds are perfect to relax and recharge when I got back in the evenings. The reserved parking spot in the back is really nice too. Already looking at my work calendar to find time to make a return trip. Thanks!'

'We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway to relax and we found it. The cabin was quiet and secluded, surrounded by trees and wildlife. We spent most of the weekend sitting in the screened-in porch and enjoying the breeze. The cabin itself was clean and well-stocked with all we needed. The owners left coffee and even a bottle of wine for our anniversary. We will definitely be back. '
