'The Chalet was clean and well-kept, the provided instructions for our stay were so easy and clear, the amenities were plentiful and as advertised, and we have never had the pleasure of working with a host as attentive, kind and pleasant as Chris! The location is beautiful and was perfect for a quiet weekend away from 4th of July fireworks (my dog doesn’t do well with fireworks). 'Great getaway and pool. We spent most of our time just relaxing. Plenty of spacious rooms, beds and extra fold out beds. Quiet comfortable AC. Large secluded property only 1 hour from Sacramento. Beautiful wine Country. A bonus was Manson, a friendly neighborhood dog that just wanted to sit on the steps near the pool and be petted!'

'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'It offers a simple breakfast that was great! Also, the room has everything you might need, from cups to pots. They offer grills too! The room condition was good; however, the bed was a little uncomfortable. It is walking distance from all the stores and restaurants. '

'Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!'

'The place is very nice and clean. Check-in process is very efficient. There was a service fee from VRBO, but hotel management resolved it in the timely manner. I would stay at this place again when I visit South lake Tahoe '

'Had beach toys, quiet, 2 steps from beach so made easy with a toddler . Plates for toddler , tent for wind, literally everything. I have never seen a rental with so many things and across the street is Grocery store . Best ever '

'The property was very clean and lived up to the advertisement. The best part was it’s location as we were attending the golf tournament and it was roughly 3/4 of a mile away, walking distance.'

'This was a great cabin, excellent location just a few minutes from all the spots we wanted to go to. Everything was exactly like the photos, loved the decor inside we all appreciated the little bears throughout the house. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast with all the pots and pans and that made our lives so much easier! Host was very responsive as well very communicative. Thank you! '

"Goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Tapijt in kamer zag er niet schoon uit. Waarschijnlijk door de skischoenen in de winter. In het restaurant kun je ontbijten, prijs is wel aan de hoge kant."
