'Great place, great Host and great little town nearby. We already booked our stay for next year, think that should answer anyone's questions.'

'There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.'

'Nice casual Pagosa townhome in a very good location. Comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. Clean and well maintained. We have rented in the area before and this was the best unit/experience. Especially appreciate the owner/manager making sure we had WiFi. Thank you !'

Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

'The location was breathtaking and very conveniently located to downtown. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just know if you book during the summer months that this cabin does not have a/c. We happened to be there during an unusually hot weekend and it was tough to get comfortable the first night. The host did bring us a cooler fan and that did help quite a bit.Overall we loved our stay and would book here again. '

'We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only issue, which wasn't a big one, was that the doors to the master bath are barn doors that don't lock but that wasn't big at all. Loved loved this place and would...

'This property is a beautiful place to stay! It is large enough for my family to stay in and enjoy the Pagosa Springs area. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and pool table when we were not out and about enjoying the area. The balcony views were the best. We will definitely look for this property next time we visit Pagosa Springs. Thank you.'
