'Brand new and excellent apartment. On the edge of town 750m off of the Camino. But a beautiful apartment. There is a very large construction project across the street that looks it may take years to complete, but I arrived at end of a work day so it was quiet. Very, very nice apartment. Would definitely stay again. Good, basic kitchen (small refrigerator) but with a super sharp knife (a rarity!) '

'Beautifully designed property surrounded by local farms and close to the quaint village of Tazones, only a 25 minute drive to Villaviciosa. You can hike directly to Tazones and a few other routes right from the property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen has decent cookware and good silverware and plates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.'

'Very nice flat in a great location. The host responded super quickly and was helpful when we needed anything. The beach is truly just 2 minute walk and all amenities are close by.'

'It’s a nice appartement. It has almost everything. But far too many and too noisy dogs barking at night. Why are neighbours not complaining? We did not succeed in getting WIFI working. Furthermore, there was a lot of moisture in the room. Resolve these problems and you have a great place to stay in a very nice environment.'

'Large windows open onto the main square and the harbor. The streets are closed to parking making it a perfect walk about for exploring this seaside and Hillside Village. Many restaurants and good seafood. Fernando was very helpful although hard to reach before we arrived. He will contact you by WhatsApp the day before your arrival. There are no markets in town so bring your groceries with you.'

'Wat een heerlijk appartement is dit! Heel gezellig ingericht, gaaf uitzicht over de haven en op 2 minuutjes lopen van alle terrasjes en winkeltjes. Ook loop je zo naar het strand. Twee fijne zandstrandjes in de buurt. Kortom: heerlijk!'

'Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay.'

'Great location! Clean, well decorated, lovely apartment. Has great ceiling fans in apartment and windows that open wide but would benefit from A/C for summer stays. Alejandro was a great host! '

'What can we add to the earlier reviews. We loved the house (ans fully equipped), the views from the balcony and the living room. And Ben en Jen are wonderful people. They helped us to find the nicest place for horse riding and more. The cheese from the queseria on the hill is a hike worth. We will definitely come back (and we never said the before).'

'Wonderful, comfortable, relaxing stay. Our host was friendly, attentive, helpful, and everything else one could want. Bucolic setting, with seacoast villages minutes away by car. Breakfast included an array of local cheeses and simple but fresh and hand-made pastries.'

'Exceptionally large and clean studio apt. Everything worked perfectly. The entrance communication was superb. The held my backpack while I went sightseeing. Quiet for sleeping.'

"Good overall, but basic issues need attention The hotel architecture is stunning and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally polite and helpful. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, though it can get crowded. Location-wise, it’s a 15–20 min walk to the old town, so not super central but manageable. That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for my bed only, not my kid’s. Also, towel situation was weird: some days we had plenty, some days just one, and one day none at all. It’s a good hotel if you value space and architecture over detail, but for a 4-star rating, the basics should really be tighter."
