'I went to several places in Sri Lanka (the more expensive and the lesser) and I can honestly say I had the best time at this accommodation. I stayed in a tent by the river and the sounds of nature are incredible. The hotel is situated practically inside the rainforest, the owner came and picked me up in the village as the accommodation is at the end of a small path and not reachable by car (which made it even more adventurous, you’re truly going back to nature). 'Toted as being one of the most remote hotels in SL the hotel did not disappoint. Fabulous location and well run for such a remote site. You certainly got a sense of the rainforest by the time you got there. Our container was comfortable and the bar and dinning rooms spacious. "My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel, and had a great seven days stay. The room was spotless and was cleaned twice a day, the pool was a welcome treat to escape the heat, and the large various of food was incredibly tasty. The people working there, Dilan and Sherman, made sure we always had everything we needed, and even went as far to prepare a take away breakfast for the days with an early start. Shamika was always ready to answer any of our questions and give amazing advice regarding different activities that were close by. All in all, we had one of the best stays we've ever had, and would love to be back soon."
