No microwave and for the rate it should have been one and a sofa. Parking very expensive. Room was clean. Staff was friendly at desk. It’s family friendly. Other than that it was good. '2/5 Stars I stayed here because of the convenient location next to Tanger Outlets, which made shopping easy. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives ended for me. For a hotel of this size, the amenities were disappointing. There is no pool, no casino, no vending machines for drinks or snacks, and only one small coffee shop with limited hours. I was surprised there wasn't a place to grab coffee or a drink early in the morning or later in the evening without leaving the property. The...

'MGM Tower is an excellent hotel. Great staff. Lovely view of the city. Good food. (-) Found mold on the ceiling of the shower. (+) Everything else was excellent, otherwise. I was comped free valet parking because of the issue in the bathroom. Will stay again.'

'I had to dry off after my shower using the air conditioner because the staff took an hour to bring towels and charged me a smoking fee and I’ve never smoked in my life, make sure you check what they’re charging you.'

'Guys, fix the elevators. One is out and it causes waits at the elevators, since they're already so slow. We waited at one point15 minutes for an elevator to go back to our room. Other than that it's an old hotel it's a little worn and everything was I'd say about three star clean maybe four. Totally acceptable for a a family, we normally stay at high end places so for the average person I bet this is a five-star. The rate made up for any lack of anything. Very affordable and great for families.'
