'For some reason, I didn’t know breakfast was included. It wasn’t written in the room materials and I don’t recall the staff telling me, so it wasn’t until three days had passed that I found out. Boy, …. And the free airport bus didn’t arrive on time. In fact, I had to ask about it multiple times before they called the driver and got him to come over. Even so, my flight was cancelled because of the weather, so maybe the bus driver just figured no planes were leaving that morning and didn’t bother...
