'Frequent power outage, AC and Fans not working. No batteries in remotes. Wifi not connected or wrong password. Just a terrible experience. Good luck rolling the dice on this one.'

'Only stayed for one night. It served our purpose. But I would not stay for any longer period of time. Pool was great. Location not bad. But it is very very outdated inside. Beds and amenities in the house very outdated. Lighting inside doesn’t seem to have the juice to power house lights AC works great but they leaked bad. Seemed that it had not been used for a long time and wasn’t prepared properly for new guest. Have great potential and when was up to date probably great place to stay. Not so...

'Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here.'

'Un hotel catastrophique. - La chambre était malgré tout correcte, il y avait un spa sur la terrasse, malheureusement il était vide. Mais cela n’était pas très important. - Le vrai problème cet hôtel était la communication. Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol couramment, à éviter totalement. La personne à l’accueil ne fait aucun effort pour parler lentement l’espagnol et ne parle pas du tout l’anglais.
