'A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. It’s very isolated but it’s possible to get a Tuktuk...

'We stayed 4 nights at Walaa Kulu, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The villa is truly luxurious, beautifully furnished, and designed to take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views that surround it. Every room offers a breathtaking outlook — the kind that photos simply cannot capture. The heated pool overlooking the lush green hills was an absolute highlight, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing evening swim even when the air cooled down.

'The staff were really annoying. On the first day, they kept coming to my room for every little detail, and I didn’t have any privacy. The next day, my breakfast was 40 minutes late. The bed was also not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell from the anti-mosquito spray. The food was very basic as well.
