Kies je hotel in Barren County

'The room was clean and spacious. The accommodation does not look neat from the outside. But the room itself is completely fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Still a good hotel to stay as a stopover.'

'Staff was very friendly. Even though there was some remodeling going on, it was clean and quiet when we checked in. The location is great for taking a walk and not having to drive for food. Highly recommend this location.'

'This is a unique stay minutes from Mammoth Cave. The innkeepers were so warm and joyful the place is hidden historic gem.'

'Funky shower set up, low pressure water in toilet; fitted sheets did not fit; they slipped off. No freezer in refrigerator. Breakfast not so good -- no fresh fruit, only sweet yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, no oatmeal, no toaster; nothing really but make-your-own waffles. The room was roomy with comfortable bed. Overall, not as nice a Sleep Inn as the one we stayed in in Middlesboro.'

'Needs an update of the rooms definitely. Very old rooms at thus point.'

'CLEAN ROOM GOOD BREAKFACT'

'Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the brand new grill outside and also...

'Our stay was excellent the lobby smelled great and the parking lot was well lit. Will return in the future'

'Really enjoyed this room. It was clean and property was clean and well maintained. Only down side was the ac was VERY loud. Other than that no complaints.'

'2nd time we stayed there. Cherie is a great host! Lovely place!'

'The breakfast was not good'

'Clean rooms, nice beds, a bit older but has character. Once I was able to get in contact with owners communication was seamless. Easy check in and out. Super close to the caves which make this place worth it!'

'The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. There is a difference however between old and old/dirty/unkept. The floor was covered in dead bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. There was someone’s old food in n the mini fridge. Also, we are...
