'Agréable séjour à Ville au Val. A 30 minutes de Nancy et de Metz très jolie région à visiter. Le gîte très propre et calme avec un accueil charmant des propriétaires.'

'Das Hotel und das zugehörige Restaurant waren - trotz Reservierung für beides - geschlossen! Keine Info weil man uns angeblich nicht erreichen konnte. Weder Mail noch Telefon oder Handy zeigen Versuche. Immerhin hat man uns notdürftig empfangen und untergebracht. Dafür ein "Danke schön". Zum Abend haben wir unseren Reiseproviant verspeist. Den Abschluss unseres Sommerurlaub haben wir uns ganz anders vorgestellt. Aber wir hatten nach 760 km auf der Autobahn keine Lust auf Suche nach einem Lokal....

Tip #1 for other guests: DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST: way too expensive and poor food(choices). In the land of the croissants and pains, this has to be the worst cardboard/dry/old versions i've ever had. Tip #2: POOL NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. 'Most of the staff were great, room was a bit small and the extra bed (couch) was really to hard ro sleep on. So we booked an extra room dor our son. His room was quite cool, not like our room. Our room was warm and humid. We asked if they could put on th airco instead of the ventilator modus. The guy at the desk told us that he could not change that and that there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. And we couldn't get another cooler room. So we didn't sleep well at all.
