'Cleanliness at its best. Location is prime facing bahsa and patchi cafe. Amenities are good and well maintained. Very helpful. Breakfast is not the best - would recommend skipping it. Beds are comfortable but need a bit of maintenance. Highly recommended'

'Worst experience ever, we were alone in the middle of nowhere, no security whatsoever, no personel on the grounds, no lobby no security guard, and 0 pivacy! Glass door with no curtains, anyone passing outside can clearly see our bed fully. We couldnt sleep, we felt on edge all night feeling there is someone outside watching us, my wife was so frightened she couldn't sleep at all, anyone can come at night with a weapon and just do the inmaginable and no one would know about us. 'Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it'
