'I`m booking the Isann Villa. Special offer with good price. I`m arrieved the Isann Villa and the staff told me.... I must change the Villa. Why ?... Staff gave me no details. The new Villa was the Sothea Hom Villa. This Villa was very outside ! 10 min. walk to Main Street. 2,5 km to the Night Market, Very outside. Lot of cost for Tuk Tuk. The Room was big, clean and nice. Ther Manager and the Staff was friendly. The Sothea Villa had not a Pool. In the Room no Cool Box for drinks !'

Hotel heeft een eigen zwembad, maar ontbijten moet in het hotel er tegenover (dat is ook van de Temple Group, net als sommige zaken in Pub Street). Ontbijt is het minpunt van deze accommodatie. Sompige croissants, halfwarm sap en regelmatig lege schappen. Koffie ook niet erg lekker. Dit past niet bij een 5 sterren hotel. Menig 3 sterren hotel heeft betere ontbijt kwa. Jammer! Only thing is that there are quite some mosquitos around but they would be probably in any hotel in Cambodia. The swim at the pool is lovely too, and the view from the 6th floor cafe too. 'The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference.
