'Redelijk nieuw hotel in nette staat. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding niet oké; veel te duur voor het gebodene. En dan ook nog $5 voor een flesje water vragen dat bij de meeste hotels gewoon complementary is... Hotel heeft houten vloeren dus elke voetstap is een etage lager te horen. Echt niet meer van deze tijd! Continental breakfast was redelijk beperkt (zeker voor deze prijsklasse) en dan ook nog flut plastic bestek en bordjes. Geen aanrader.'

'This was a 2 star property in a 5 star location. The only window in our small room looked right out to the indoor pool and a hot tub about 8 feet away, so it was unusable. The breakfast offerings were similar to the pastries, cereal and waffles provided by other motel chains. But the location! The large lawn was right on the lake, with chairs and picnic tables. We saw a bald eagle, a blue heron, a black swan and a thousand cormorants in the bay.'

'The room was just about perfect for what we were looking for. Nice kitchenette, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well and this was a very nice location for the walk on the path into town. Only 10 minutes and we were in the midst of the restaurants and also the boat tour and ferry to Madeline Island.'

'The Raspberry Room was beautifully decorated and had everything a guest could ask for: a huge whirlpool tub. Luxurious spa towels. Comfortable bed, delicious coffee and teas with artisan pottery mugs, corkscrew, local info, guest parking and all the usual amenities and more! It was a very clean, welcoming and gracious space to spend the night.'

'Deze B&B is meer dan fantastisch! Geweldige kamer, waanzinnig lekker ontbijt en zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Kelly, de eigenaresse, wist het ons volledig naar de zin te maken. Het is geen hotel, maar alsof je bij heel goede vrienden logeert. De huisdieren (hond, poezen en ezels) maken het nog leuker!'

'The cottage looks nice in photos and they do keep it as clean as they can; however, it is very rundown. We were bothered by the strong smell of fabric softener (gives us migraines) and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom narrow and dark, and overall, we just had “the creeps” the whole time. So much so that we left early. Honestly, we expected more for the price. You can find better options in the area for what we paid.'

'It was a disappointing stay. It never is a good thing when you pull up to the facility and it has chipped paint, cobwebs and dead hanging plants. The welcome mat was very worn and dirty. Upon entering the unit we could tell the unit needed updating. The worst room being the bathroom which smelled of mold. The bottom of the shower liner was covered with mold. The bedroom was better and the bed comfortable. The only negative was the bed pillows were in clean pillowcases but stored on the wooden...
