'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. 'The room is clean and tidy every day if you request it by putting the notification on the door. Buffet breakfast on time and has a lot of selections. Hotel service is equally excellent and the location is walking distance to SM City Mall, church and convenient stores.'

'This is our second stay and I chose a city view room, which was a different type from the last time. It was not a great view, but was open and relaxing with lots of windows. Some of the staff seemed to lack training, but in general they were very helpful and stress-free. We are planning our next stay for this upcoming December.'

'Great helpful staff. Super clean and spaciouus rooms. Zero complaints. Probabaly best hotel north of Makati. Great location for town. Decor is gold tinged Edwardian so i wouldnt have it at home but all in new condition and change is why we travel. Its a great place you won't be disappoointed except the welcome drink is fruit juice and i was hoping for a cocktail. Breakfast is great. '
