'Our family thoroughly our stay at this beautiful well-equipped house. Our family agreed this was our favorite vacation house. Great location on the Potomac River made better with all the available water toys. My Great-Grand Children enjoyed the fishing and even caught a few. We were slightly disappointed that the dock shown in one picture wasn't there. It was destroyed in a recent storm. '

'Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended.'

'Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. '

'Amazing location in a historic house, exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and helpful. Be sure to bring your own supplies because shopping is very limited in the town. '

'Great home and location. Back deck could use a few more umbrellas. During our stay an additional umbrella was requested and brought over very quickly. Great service. On our last day (Tuesday), there was a lot of construction noise coming from the brewery. Not sure what was going on, but it eventually stopped. Would definitely come back again. My parents loved their 60 th Anniversary celebration.'

'This home was absolutely fantastic! Very clean, very close to all things. We had a fantastic time.'

'This cabin was clean and supplied everything that was needed! The kitchen was stocked and the bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap and bath towels. The beds were very comfortable! Our dogs loved running in the backyard and us humans enjoyed laying in the hammocks! I would stay here again!'

'The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.'
