'The house was very clean! The pool was great and the host was very responsive. We went to Hershey Park and came to a very peaceful home.On top of that the beautiful horses and great views. I wii definitely stay there again.'

'Overall, excellent rental. The location is wonderful (walking distance to hershey museum and several restaurants and shops). While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. Check in was easy and the host accommodated our earlier than expected arrival. Only improvement I can recommend would be a new mattress or add a supportive mattress topper in the adult bedroom. 'Martha provides everything for a super comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to book again. Very convenient to Sight and Sound Theatre and located conveniently to unlimited tourist attractions. Super clean, super comfy, and a super host !! '

'The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!'

'This is one of the best rentals I’ve had for family travel. Spacious, clean, comfortable, easy. The beds were great. Plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Be aware that there are quite a few steps to the entrance and the home is on a hill. This was a challenge but manageable for my 80 yo mother in law. I was glad I didn’t bring my dog because I don’t think she could have managed them. The twin beds, esp the daybed, are small for an...

'We’re a family of 6 and had an amazing weekend stay here while visiting Hershey Park! The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than hotels! Lots of cute shops and places to get food just a block or two away, the restaurant Fennicci’s below the apartments was very nice too. 10/10 will definitely...

'My boys have always wanted to stay in a treehouse. Lucky for them, I found this gem on our travels. We only stayed one night, but my youngest could have stayed forever! The amimals on the property were a true treat. I highly reccomend Fairview Farms for your next advemture.'

'Great place for a family or group with lots of space to spread out. This is a very family friendly place with three porches, covered and open and a good sized yard. Lots of outdoor furniture and equipment. Truly walkable to everything in Jim Thorpe and within easy driving reach of many park areas.'

"Kamer niet al te groot, te weinig voorzieningen om bagage op te leggen. Onze kamer lag net aan de ijsmachine en dus constant geluidshinder. Ook veel lawaai van de kamer boven ons. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Ontbijt is heel slecht. "

"We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
