'Ruime en nette accommodatie dichtbij de dieren. Er is een grote algemene tuin en iedere accommodatie heeft een privé tuin. De ligging is erg centraal. Je bent zo in Legoland en Windsor. 'It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. 'We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. '

"Erg verouderde locatie die toe is aan een renovatie. De bedden zijn klein en aan vervanging toe. Helaas sliep de slaapbank beter. Verder vonden wij nog pinda's van de vorige gasten in de kamer. Groot voordeel is dat het midden in het centrum ligt tegenover Windsor Castle."
