'Hot tub was not working. Pool was yellow and the kids play area was not working. Rooms were average. Did not end up staying, staff was very kind/accommodating and gave us a full refund to go to a different hotel.'

'NO PARKING on site. Room was on the smaller side, and view was of a couple of dumpsters in the alley, a brick wall, the large a/c units, which were very noisy- I can only describe the noise as sounding like a very large raccoon trying to scratch its way out of a nylon duffle bag. It was constant, and random all night long. I only know this because I didn’t sleep well, wondering if my car would be okay parked in an unattended parking garage where I couldn’t see it or check on it easily. Plus, the...
