'The trip is was interesting with tropical storm so most of the time was at rental .. Spent lots of time playing games and relaxing for our 15th anniversary... Had flooding but host made us feel safe. '

'We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!'

'Our group needed an overnight stay and this property was perfect for that. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant and then a quiet evening relaxing at the house. The patio was great. Quiet neighborhood that was perfect after a day of travel before getting back on the road.'

'Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! '

'We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one).'
