'We had a great stay at the cozy little Cabin! Exactly what we were looking for during our stay at Raystown Lake. Beautiful views & a great yard for our dog to relax and feel at home, we enjoyed the fire pit. Close drive to many walking trails and local coffee shops/restaurants. '

'It was beautiful. The spot in the river is remote and serene. Hot tub was nice too. Swim, kayak, wade, hike, just relax on the deck. '

'We stayed just one night, but after arriving, we should have booked it for another night, just to enjoy this beautiful place for a longer time! We saw deer in the evening and again in the morning, the grandkids chased fireflies and toasted marshmallows to make s'mores and we caught site of some fireworks over the trees. Overall awesome stay! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property with us.'

'This was our third year staying at Drooly Bear and we will be back! Close to Lake Raystown and Trough Creek State Park. Great for family get together. Whole family loves it.'

'We brought two boats with us. The road coming in was a little rough but if you go from Hawns Bridge Rd and Trough Creek Valley Rd it is ok. The house was wonderful! Very clean! The fire pit was great! Kitchen had everything you needed. We will definitely stay here again'

'5 STARS - We had a wonderful stay at this home and really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness and hospitality. Just a couple days before our arrival, a lightning strike knocked out the central AC. Unfortunately, due to the holiday weekend, parts couldn’t be delivered in time for our visit.That said, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, buying and providing multiple portable air conditioning units throughout the house, which kept things cool and pleasant. 'Excellent place to relax! Everything was lovely, perfect and simple! Only thing i'd suggest is putting a mirror up in the small A frame cottages and the ability to control the oscillating fan. Definitely will be back!! '

'Kim, we absolutely loved your cozy cabin and its ever-changing, spellbinding view. We spotted so much wildlife—our first glimpse of a partially white deer, turtles along the road, and birds serenading us daily. The summer garden, lush with ferns, adds a magical touch to the cabin's charm. We can’t wait to return and experience the beauty of a different season.'
