'Hot showers and great food and staff. Alona beach was just over the beach walk and not really suitable to hang out on. Had to walk up towards the end for the sand. Just a 10 min tok tok ride to Dumaluan Beach where you can use the amenities and hang out on a gorgeous beach at the Oceanica. Highly recommend doing this. El at guest services was so helpful arranging a private driver to go see the chocolate hills, man made forest, Tarziers, bamboo bridge and the bee Farm resort. Would recommend this...

'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills.
There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person?
Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up.
Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to...

'very relaxing, quiet and nice location. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Contact with management is very personal....you see them every day and they are very friendly and helpfull guys. They are new
owner and try to make this place better and better.....its allready a nice resort but it will be a heavenly place in future. Keep going on like this guys!! See you surely again!!!!

'Ok I will start with the good. The hotel room was very nice, roomy and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and the cleaning staff were fantastic. I accidentally left some cash in my room and the cleaning staff helped me "organize" it and placed it nicely on the desk. Please note that the reception staff can help book tours and ferries for you but those must be paid in cash. The hotel is in a perfect location,right on the beach in the center of all the action. Very convenient. Downside...

'Overall stay was pretty convenient. It's a few steps from the beach, but make sure to be dropped off on site if you can, because it ruined my suitcase from being dragged from the parking area to the hotel and back. The pool could use a bit of thorough cleaning, but we still enjoyed it. We stayed in a family room, and it was very comfortable for a pax of 8. We will stay again.'

'Goede hotel maar zeer afgelegen van alles. Ontbijt erg eenzijdig. Niks in de buurt, dichtstbijzijnde markt is 15 minuten rijden van accommodatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Ideaal voor rust en totale afzondering'
