'The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.'

'Awesome'

'Very good hotel. Breakfast is a la carte, combibed with a buffet. Good breakfast. Swimmingpools are good. We asked for a late check out and got it for free. Restaurant carta ajena is also good, many options. Helpfull staff.'

'We had the most incredible time at Sofitel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the resort is the perfect place to just stop and relax. It's not too big but the perfect size to make the most of it. They also offer activities throughout the day, we did a pizza making class free of charge. The beach is gorgeous but note it isn't completely private. A big shout out to Ramses who helped deliver our pizza making class in English. A huge thanks again to the Sofitel Baru team.'

'I did not like this hotel at all stay at Oz collection it’s better'

'Bondo Hometel was amazing! Laura and Zara the front desk ladies were great, very welcoming and helpful. They were great with communication as well. Bondo is everything you need and more. The Feros cafe in the lobby has great food at a great value. The Rooftop is beautiful it has the best view, clean pools and jacuzzi and the bar staff is very efficient and make great drinks. Bondo is close to everything a short 8-10 minutes uber ride from the major attractions in the old city. My experience was...

'Behulpzaam personeel mooie uit zicht.'

'The staff, facility and the whole experience was amazing. When you are inside the hotel property, the outside world is shut down and it feels like a sanctuary of its own. I enjoyed my experience.'

'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'
