'Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!'

'Keyless entry failed twice during our four night stay.Had to wait for owner to contact locksmith. Second time was after midnight before locksmith arrived.Results were that lock bolt for keyless entry was not installed correctly causing deadbolt to get stuck and not open door.Drain pipe in kitchen sink was not connected and flooded the kitchen floor when we used.'

'This house is ridiculous, but in a good and fun way. We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Drake and this house was an excellent fit for our group. We only had seven people, but there is easily room to sleep 10 comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen, but the dining room table was great for a game of Five Crowns and we played a few games of darts in the game room downstairs.Location wise, it was a quick and easy drive from the house to both Drake and downtown Des...

'We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood felt safe, the garage was set up fun with games, a ping pong table, bar, tv, table, and couch. Great for lounging around and having the garage doors open on a nice day. The house also has many bedrooms with multiple beds in several. This allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. Will be booking again in the future.'

'The BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in!! Absolutely beautiful! So many great little extras and little details. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect home to accommodate us and our extended family. So much space to spread out with places for all ages to enjoy! The beds were wonderful and the decor was gorgeous! Hope to be back again!!'

'Enjoyed the relaxing environment and ease to downtown, airport, Drake etc.'

'The house was uniquely decorated. We all loved the attention to detail.We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and fire pit. There were lots of it's spaces where we could gather to play cards. I also appreciated so many bathrooms throughout the home.Check in was very easy and the location was close to many restaurants.I also appreciated having fans. I like sleeping with a fan and I always appreciate when a rental provides them.'

'We had a relaxing fun time getting all 4 little cousins together for a long weekend. This was a perfect place do so- we played in the pool, utilized the playroom, went for nature walks around the property and played outside while grilling. A wonderful time for adults and kids alike!'
