'The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

'This is a nice property. Our room was large, had everything you could need in it, and was comfortable. It was clean, and felt inviting. It is a great location for walking to downtown restaurants, bars, and the monument area.
However, there are a few things one should be aware of before choosing this property. The entrance is the only finished part of the first floor at one end of a large building, so it's easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. It feels very secure because you...

'Smaller than expected but very clean and nice. Was big enough for me an my husband. Check is done by yourself through instructions emailed to you. Still had to call for help. Definitely read the instructions all the way through to the end and then read it again. Did not realize we were renting a place in an apartment complex. Customer service was not knowledgeable with our issue when we were trying to check out. After being on the phone for 10 minutes with no solution, I told him what I...

'Extremely difficult to locate the entrance of the property. Hallways dirty urine stains all over the property on the carpeted areas.
Bad smell throughout the building. Homeless people surrounding the property. Lots of forbidden substances smell .
I wouldn't recommend this property. The unit itself was clean overall inside the studio other than that I wouldn't spend another night at this location.'
