'Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. '

'Ontbijt in buffet vorm , wel door het personeel opgeschept en iets minder keus maar nog voldoende. Kamers mogen een opknap beurt krijgen. Ik had een invalide kamer gekregen , de wasbak kwam tot net boven mijn knieen'

'This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive. Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it. Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal....

'Hotel ligt dichtbij strand en centrum van Bournemouth. Personeel is vriendelijk maar merendeels oost-Europees en meerdere spreken weinig Engels. Onze kamer had dringend onderhoud nodig (gescheurd behang, verbrokkelde verf, etc).'

'Net hotel.. Boven een klein beetje doolhof 2e etage.. nooduitgangen goed aangegeven.. Nette hotelkamer met koffie/thee/choco/koekjes... schampoos/zeepjes- TOP verwacht je niet voor een 30 euro kamer.. Was even zoeken zonder Navigatie systeem.. kom zeker terug als ik weer in Bournemouth ben.. '
