'This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!'

'The stay was great. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors very much because of the rainy colder weather. But we would definitely stay here again. It’s only about 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter.Thank you Gary for making our stay enjoyable.'

'The home was extremely clean and the yard beautiful. Watching the cows and sheep was a bonus. Not too far from town and the lightning bugs at night were phenomenal to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would highly recommend.'

'We loved all the antiques, the convenience of dry falls for food and five minutes from the Ark. We just wished that it had a central AC instead of a window unit. I appreciate the host, they were very nice people and if you message them they will answer you back very quickly. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.'

'Our stay at Kate's house was nothing short of spectacular! The interior is so thoughtfully designed and we had fun picking our favorite bedrooms. There was more than enough space for 10 of us and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. As warm and inviting as the inside is, what also really sets the house apart are the outdoor amenities. 'Very clean house, it was the perfect place to relax and spend our week in Tennessee! The views are amazing, the hot tub was wonderful, and the host, Carla, was so responsive.Homemade cookies upon check in were an unexpected surprise! Added bonus was all the kitchen supplies/utensils that were in the kitchen. It made making dinners so much easier! Will stay again if ever in the area. '

'Spent Easter at my sons and not wanting to do the 4 hour drive home rented the Long Branch. We were so happy with cute, clean comfy cabin. Enjoyed the evening on the deck with a fire. Very good communication with the owner. Highly recommend. '

'Overall the property was very good, clean and comfortable. The rear step entry needs more lighting at night, the sensor light by the door was not working. To be safer for older visitors, grab bars for toilet and shower would be very good. Good instructions for operating the TV would be helpful. All that could be accessed was Roku, which not provide any local channels. 5 controllers, but only one worked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.
