'We were awestruck when we opened the door! Beautiful decor and directly on the river with great views of the water. Host was very attentive and we had everything we could possibly need.Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Waverly area!'

'The Black Hawk Hotel is older, but kept clean comfortable and safe. Unlike some other hotels the Black Hawk did not charge an incidentals amount on my card at check in only to return it later, I appreciated this. The only dissapointment is there is no onsite parking, we got a map showing 24 hour street parking. The closest being a block away.'

'Pet friendly, large and clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It's a good place to stay for the price. A little hard to get to, you go thru a restaurant parking lot. '
