'Easy drive from 195 to a beach property you will enjoy. Quiet sunny deck will greet you to a beautiful ocean view. Air conditioned was just right on arrival. You really couldn't go wrong with this property. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Kids will thoroughly love the beach park one block away. Your next visit to this area consider this property. You will be satisfied.'

'It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. '

'Nice view of the river. I arrived at night and was a little disappointed I could not really see the river however the river is just not lit up very well in this area. In the morning it was beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the courtyard at the river. Would stay again if ever in the area again.'

'This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.'

'The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the place smelled of marijuana. The decor was old and outdated. Very dissatisfied.'

'We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.'

'The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .'

'Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.'

'10/10 - Incredible stay!!! Our host was fantastic - extremely communicative, warm and accommodating. The property is charming and beautiful - truly the perfect vacation rental. The location cannot be beat - you get the best of both worlds being minutes away the heart of Edgartown yet tucked into Katama's peaceful, natural tranquility. Will absolutely be visiting again and would recommend Seashell Cove to anyone. '

'I recommend this property for anyone traveling to Cape Cod with a family. The house is stunning and was one of the highlights of our trip and for our kids (8, 12, 18). Paul and Katie were super easy to work with and great people. If you want a 5 star experience in Cape Cod, look no further!!'

'The cottage was exactly as described, very clean and had great beach access! The host was very responsive and gave us some good ideas of things to do in the area. You have the amenities you need to cook meals and even items to use on the beach, which was incredibly helpful, as we had flown in from Texas. I would absolutely stay here again!'

'This is a wonderful property with all the amenities needed to have a very enjoyable time with family by the beach. This has been our 3rd summer vacationing in maushop and we just had the best time! Our 1st time at this property and it was so lovely and would definitely come again. '

'Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive when we asked if he could move some furniture onto the deck that we'd been expecting (based on pictures.) He came over promptly to move the furniture, and gave us lots of helpful info about the area when we chatted.We had a great time at the Woods Hole Aquarium, and walking around Woods Hole. And the beach nearby was beautiful.We loved that there are two dining tables in the main living area. That gave us one for eating,...

Great location with parking!

"Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins."
