'WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! '

'I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again.'
