'This was a Great place to stay on our short mini vacation to KC! So often, it's tough to find arrangements for our pets so this was a Great place to bring our 2 dogs and enjoy some outdoors and scenic views of the river. It's the first time we've done a VRBO but will definitely do it again sometime!'

'Amazingly beautiful property! As we travel to show our kids the states we couldnt have picked a better place for them to experience the serenity of nature! The inside was gorgeous and very clean! Any questions we had Anthony was quick to answer and was super polite! From a family who travels alot this is top 3 one of the best stays ive had! Thank you Anthony for providing a great stay my kids will always remember! '

'We brought our boys up to go snowboarding at nearby ski resort. We were so pleased with the location and outdoor space. Our boys loved being outside with space to roam. It would be a great summer place to visit as well. '

'This place was beyond spectacular! It is one of the most intriguing places I’ve ever stayed & hope to come back soon. The detail was impeccable & I just love the creativity & care they put into their home. Anyone could get lost into a magical world & leave reality behind for a bit here. it had everything you could need, it was very clean & so comfortable. The host was wonderful as well. If you’re looking for some laughs & great memories without much effort then book it! '

'Historic home in a part of St Joseph I think that is called Museum Hill. James has done a great job of restoring the home it is a nice and comfortable place to stay. '

'David was an amazing host! Communication with him was extremely easy and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If we have another trip to St. Jo with a large group and need a place to stay, we will definitely rent from him again! '

'This is the best hotel choice in Leavenworth! Clean, cool, pet friendly, good price, comfortable room and space, nice employees. The bathroom was beauitful, the bed and kitchen comfy and usable, the available coffee very handy. If you must stay at a hotel with the "free" breakfast (for almost twice the price), go for it. But for us The Leavenworth Local is the only place to stay! '

'Our family of 24 stayed here to celebrate our mom’s birthday. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The house and Barndo had everything we needed. The pickleball court is a great addition!! Owner is great to work with. '

'Our flock of 20 guests found this barndo to be an absolute haven! The home was as clean as a freshly mucked stall, beautifully decorated, and stocked to the rafters with towels and plates. With plenty of roosting spots, it offered the perfect balance—tons of space to gather as a herd and plenty of rooms to graze in private when needed. The independent temperature control in every room was a breath of fresh country air, and the soundproofing was so good, not a peep carried across the house. The...

'This was such a fantastic stay. The hosts were great to work with and the Wade Cave was a great home away from home. Snuggled in a piece of wooded paradise, this stay was quiet and homey. We enjoyed waking in the mornings and sitting on the front porch with a nice cup of coffee. It was a great calm way to start our day. Everything you needed to cook was provided for your use. If we are ever back this way we would stay here again. '

'This house was the perfect place to host our girls weekend! There are plenty of beds and everyone slept comfortably. The property is about 20 minutes away from the Smithville businesses and we had no issues getting Ubers to our plans. 10/10 would recommend '
