'The property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was so clean and nice and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the proximity to the lake and the house itself was beautiful. We would highly recommend this property and definitely will book again!!'

'We enjoyed this stay immensely! What a beautiful home, location, and parking! It had a BBQ and we enjoyed a nice dinner outside. The home was that old farm feeling with all the oak wood and feeling of comfort and family gathering spots. I was so thankful for the ability to be able to book at the last minute. 'Dan went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Great communication and extremely friendly. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and no one has cared as much as Dan has about making sure all of our needs were met! We were even offered to check in early and stay later, which was such a nice perk! The location is amazing— everything is walking distance and we had a great time at the park, waterpark, and beach! If you are looking for a 10/10 experience I highly recommend this house! '

'Two families total 5 people shared the house while dropping kids off at BVU. Second stay and again did not disappoint. We love this house, the incredible access to everything, simple quite and communication with host is amazing.'

'Worked well for our group (2 bros, 2 wives, sis) and excellent for parents with 3-4 kids but some multi-couples may not like due to sleeping arrangements. Queen master bath is very nice but only other option for cpls is a dbl bed (6 inches off floor) as part of a triple bunk (other 2 beds are singles) in the 2nd bedroom and a twin pullout in living room. Note - the bunks have 400# - 200# - 200# weight limts. Also, the 2nd br has no dresser, nitestands or even a luggage rack, so, everything...
