'dit hotel had een 10of10 als beoordeling maar dat is wel erg optimistisch. Mooie kamers, prima dak terras, lekker ontbijt en erg aardige bediening, dat alles zeker maar dat hebben eigenlijk de meeste hotels wel. Ik was echter niet zo onder de indruk dat het hotel een veel te hoog bedrag dacht te moeten vragen voor een taxi ritje vanaf de luchthaven en voor het regelen van een treinkaartje. Nee, niet veel geld nog steeds maar wel als je het in verhouding zet met de normale prijzen daar. '

'スタッフがとても親切です。 今回、タクシーアプリのヤンデックスゴーが使えないなかでの旅行でしたが、早朝タクシー使いたい旨を伝えると快くチャーターしてくれました。お陰でリーズナブルな値段で駅まで移動できました（遺跡と駅は15キロ離れていて、ヒヴァ行きの電車は早朝でした）。 英語が普通に使えて、ホテルに帰ると日本語の挨拶をしてくれたりします。 遺跡とホテルも近いです。 シャワーはお湯がでて、水圧も問題なし。 部屋の床は清潔。朝飯はフレッシュな野菜や卵や肉が取れて問題なし、味もよし（料理の量は普通くらい、すごい豊富かというとそうではない）。 ウズベキスタンで使ったホテルでは、個人的にはダントツ良かった。 '

'掃除が行き届いていてとても快適な部屋でした。何よりもスタッフが親切です。ホテル前は車が入れない閑静なエリアなのでタクシーの降車・乗車地点から離れているのですが、レセプションの方が送迎してくださいました。 大変気持ちのよい完璧な滞在でした。 ブハラの観光名所へのアクセスも良く、素晴らしいロケーションです。'

'The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. I had booked and prepaid for two apartment suites several months in advance — one of them as a special gift for my newlywed brother. Upon arrival, we were told that one of our rooms was unavailable due to “maintenance issues.” However, after expressing our concerns, the staff admitted that they had actually given our reserved suite away as a free upgrade to another guest without our consent....

'Such a great place! Right in the centre of everything, yet quietly tucked away. The owning family are super nice and helpful. The room was small, but had all I needed and - most importantly - everything was clean and worked, especially in the bathroom. My favourite place in Uzbekistan by far!'
