Kies je hotel in Butler County

'My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because I like to give local businesses my money. Not worth the money. '

'Harriet was the most gracious host and was so accommodating throughout our stay. The home was immaculate and provided everything you would need to have a successful stay. Harriet was extremely communicative and responsive to all of our needs. The property is beautiful and easy to access and is ideally situated close to Ashland. This is a great place for a medium sized group looking to enjoy spending time in a cozy home or by the poolside at their lovely oasis.'

'Nice accommodations. Clean room, helpful staff.'

'The staff were really helpful, kind, and focused on comfort of the customer. On the other hand the amenities were meager and not appealing. The place was pretty outdated and in need of some repair and renovation. A big plus is the quietness. Much quieter than the more expensive hotels around Rt 30.'

'Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain.'

'Beautiful space!!! Plenty of room. Guests might need to bring their own towels and wash rags as there wasn’t near enough (ONE wash rag in the whole house).'
