'Both rooms had dirty/stained bedding. Front desk had bedding changed in one after we complained and had the other room changed to a different room, which also had stains on the bedding. Beds were comfortable surprisingly but the rooms were not clean. We tried to get a refund and go to a different hotel but they refused.'
